We are happy to share this incredible milestone achieved by Chet and Terry Davidson. This wonderful couple recently celebrated their 72nd Wedding Anniversary, a love that began at a Tug-of-War practice when they were just 15 years old. Their journey demonstrates the power of commitment, the strength of family, and the enduring comfort of home. Still living in the cozy house they built together in the beautiful Gaspereau Valley, their life together spans nearly eight decades. We are deeply honored that our dedicated caregiver, Debbie, gets to play a special role in supporting their continued comfort and independence in the home they cherish.

A Heartwarming Story from the Family

Chet (Chesley) and Terry (Theresa) Davidson met each other when they were 15 years old at a Tug-of-War practice in the Gaspereau Valley.  it was LOVE at first sight. They celebrated their 72nd Wedding Anniversary on June 17/25 and have both celebrated their 92nd birthday this year.  They have been together for 77 years and are still currently living in their cozy home, that they built together, in the beautiful Gaspereau Valley...the place they call "God's Country".  They have been blessed with 4 children (3 daughters and a son), 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.  A LOVE like this is a gift from God, and they and their family truly appreciate them being able to be together in these elder years, in their home of 66 years with the love and support of family, friends and the Earth Angel's Homecare...A true testament of the power of LOVE to affect not only themselves but the lives of others.  Thanks to everyone for the love and support they receive on a daily basis.

Sincerely Kelly (the baby 🙂)

Kelly's words beautifully represent why we do what we do at Earth Angels Home Care. The privilege of helping couples like Chet and Terry remain together in their home, surrounded by family, is the very heart of our mission. Thank you for sharing this beautiful story with us, Kelly!
