Lori brings a robust 20-year background in Long Term Care (LTC) as a CCA in Amherst, NS, giving her a profound understanding of senior needs. Driven by a desire to make a deeper impact on how seniors live, Lori transitioned to Home Care in December 2024. She thrives in her role as a Client Care Manager, valuing the opportunity to provide a personal touch to clients and their families. Outside of work, Lori enjoys making seasonal crafts and peaceful walks in the woods with her spouse and three English Setter dogs.
With over three decades of life experience and a heart rooted in compassion, Nicole Surette brings warmth, dedication, and purpose to her role as Caregiver Manager at Earth Angels in Truro. Her journey began in homecare in Yarmouth over 30 years ago, followed by time in a different field, but her true calling led her back to caregiving six years ago. Starting as a caregiver, then scheduler, Nicole now leads with empathy and deep respect for both clients and caregivers. Though she works in the office, she remains closely connected to the care mission, believing wholeheartedly in supporting seniors in their homes. A lifelong learner and proud Nana to two energetic four-year-olds, Nicole finds joy in helping others and considers her work and family her greatest blessings.
Laura has been an integral part of Earth Angels since 2017, bringing extensive experience in management, business recovery, and technology. She possesses over five years of management expertise within the food industry and an additional five years working with a firm specializing in rescuing businesses in financial distress. In this role, Laura managed human resources and executed marketing strategies, including online advertising and social media engagement.
Her academic credentials include a Diploma in Small Business Management and Accounting, a Diploma in Systems Management and Networking, and two years of study in an Engineering Degree program. Laura’s diverse skill set and commitment to excellence make her a valuable contributor to the success of Earth Angels.
