As the Branch Manager for Nova Scotia South, Shannon Osborne brings a diverse background in community service, client support, and relationship-driven work. Before joining Earth Angels, she gained valuable experience with both the March of Dimes and the Victorian Order of Nurses (VON), where she developed a strong understanding of client needs, care coordination, and compassionate support. Her career has also included roles in real estate, retail management, and hospitality, each contributing to her ability to connect with people, understand their goals, and deliver exceptional service. Whether guiding families through important decisions or leading teams with empathy and professionalism, she has built her career around helping others feel supported and confident. She lives in the beautiful Annapolis Valley with her husband, Jeff. They have two adult daughters, one living in the Valley and the other in Bridgewater, and she is a proud grandmother to one very adorable grandson. She is grateful to work with the dedicated team at Earth Angels, supporting individuals in staying safely and comfortably in their homes for as long as possible.
Tamara Ballard graduated from NSCC nursing school with honours in 2001 and later completed her certification in Gerontology from Mount Royal University. Her career has spanned acute care, Long-Term Care (LTC), and collaboration with Geriatricians as a Satellite Clinic Coordinator for South Shore Health. Currently, she is the Client Care Manager for Earth Angels Home Care, bringing expertise in dementia care to the community. Tamara is a certified PACâ„¢ independent trainer, coach, and consultant through Teepa Snow. She has served on numerous community and professional committees, including the board of directors for the CLPNNS and ADODCC, and currently sits on the Lunenburg County Seniors Safety Committee.
Shelby Cullen is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 12 years experience in Long-Term Care. She currently serves as the Caregiver Manager with Earth Angels Homecare, where she provides leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality, client centered care. Shelby has special interest in palliative care and is dedicated to provide comfort, dignity and support to clients and their families during these difficult times. Shelby earned her diploma at NSCC in Bridgewater and is presently completing her Adult Teaching Certificate with Dalhousie University. Passionate about education and mentorship, she takes pride in supporting and teaching caregivers to uphold excellence in client care to enhance the well-being and independence of seniors in her community. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as going on adventures with her bulldog by her side.
Brooklyn Meisner serves as the Scheduler/Administrator for the South Shore team. Since graduating with a Business Administration diploma in 2018, she immediately joined Earth Angels, bringing essential administrative skills and dedication to the role. In her free time, Brooklyn is an avid explorer who enjoys hiking and geocaching, and she is often accompanied by her two beloved cats.
