Tamara Ballard graduated from NSCC nursing school with honours in 2001 and later completed her certification in Gerontology from Mount Royal University. Her career has spanned acute care, Long-Term Care (LTC), and collaboration with Geriatricians as a Satellite Clinic Coordinator for South Shore Health. Currently, she is the Client Care Manager for Earth Angels Home Care, bringing expertise in dementia care to the community. Tamara is a certified PACâ„¢ independent trainer, coach, and consultant through Teepa Snow. She has served on numerous community and professional committees, including the board of directors for the CLPNNS and ADODCC, and currently sits on the Lunenburg County Seniors Safety Committee.
Brooklyn Meisner serves as the Scheduler/Administrator for the South Shore team. Since graduating with a Business Administration diploma in 2018, she immediately joined Earth Angels, bringing essential administrative skills and dedication to the role. In her free time, Brooklyn is an avid explorer who enjoys hiking and geocaching, often accompanied by her two beloved cats.
